The Bible advices us that it is better to have one hand full (of money and the stuff that money can buy) with peace of mind than both hands full (of money and the stuff that money can buy) without peace of mind. (Ecclesiastes 4:6)
Therefore, kindle contentment so that you can bask in the warm glow of satisfaction as you enjoy whatever you have already earned.
Learn to be grateful and content with your current state of your affairs even as you seek to gain more, so that you are not driven by voraciousness for the person who is greedy for gain brings troubles to their house. (Proverbs 15:27)
Tberefore, be content when you are using the bus even as you save to buy a car so that your efforts are not driven by blind ambition and envy into the streets of corruption and eventual destruction.
